"THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND STAFF EVER! Dr. Ramirez needs to train her staff better. I scheduled an appointment and drove 1 hour and a half to her office. I left my house earlier than I should leave for the appointment time. On my way, a car accident happened, and I called her office to explain the situation. They said I could go, but I would need to arrive before 4:20 pm - which I did!! When I got there, they had taken me out of the schedule, and her staff provided zero support to figure out the issue! This review contains one star, but it should be zero. I'll never refer this doc to anyone!"
