"I was scheduled incorrectly following my son MRI results, which required me to take an additional day off. This was disappointing. I would like to note that both the receptionist and the orthopedic provider were professional and courteous. However, the receptionist appeared to be extremely busy with back-to-back phone calls while also being responsible for checking in patients in person. "I saw Dr. Evan's for the first time as I fell down 14 steps. I'm a nurse so I knew that I didn't break anything, which is why I didn't go to the ER. However, my concern is if I needed any other supplies and/or instruction being as though my entire leg bent backwards behind my back as I rolled down 14 steps. I had pain in my ankle, knee and hip. I could barely walk. When I limped into the office, no one guarded me or asked if I needed a wheelchair. They also allowed me to limp out as well and I almost fell out of the front door. No one lifted a finger. When I was how I actually got injured, the doctor barely listened. I think I spent 4-5 minutes with him in total. He did NOT perform a full examination. I truly hope that they don't try to bill my insurance company for services not rendered. I left with a referral for Physical Therapy and that's it. I've had many sprains and received crutches for just that. He said I had no restrictions and that I should walk regularly, which was difficult due to the pain. However, I tried it the day that I left the office and my entire ankle swelled up more than it had during the injury. I'm not a doctor but I am an amazing nurse and I can tell you that I am not ok with his treatment plan or the way that his bedside manner was. He definitely gave off a superior attitude. My ankle was also never xray'd even though I requested it, so as of right now, my ankle could actually be broken or has some other injury but he never even examined my ankle. He performed a second of range of motion to my right knee only. I literally broke down and cried in my car in the parking lot because the profession of Medicine has truly changed. I wish there was more compassion, empathy and actual work performed to provide QUALITY care to the patients. ***The best thing about this office is the front desk clerk. She was absolutely friendly and amazing at her job as the first person that you encounter entering the office. I appreciated her. I hope that she sees this"

"Excellent stuff and service. Each individual helped me out and ask the right questions to ease the process of the appointment. I was able to get all the paperwork ahead of time and fill it out. Once I got to the office I was greeted by the front desk. And intake process took less than 5 minutes. I was seen by the medical assistant 10 minutes after I sat down. He was very detailed in his questionnaire. Once the doctor came in we went over a few things and recommended to follow up in a few weeks. Gave a lot of good advice. I hope I can continue seeing this practice grow and advance in the medical field. Highly recommend visiting if you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident."
