"Dr is fine. He's friendly, knowledgeable and good bedside manner. His office not so much. They don't pass messages along to him so any next step discussions had with him are useless because of this. I had a procedure and he said give it a few weeks and if not much relief, we can possibly do it again. I asked via MyChart if we should go ahead and schedule and his staff won't get him the message. Instead, they rudely tell you that you have to schedule an appointment to ask. So unless they get the $250 office visit fee, no answers will be provided. This office is everything that is wrong with the healthcare system. At least at Duly. I scheduled with a professional practice at Endevar Health in Skokie."

"I was scheduled for a video visit yesterday. I had much difficulty trying to join the video visit. I may need to update software. Dr. Gashkoff was so kind, he tried to call me to no avail. He did leave me a vm and I was able to reach him that way. Once I got through, Dr. Gashkoff he said that we would be able to address my concerns over the phone. My anxiety melted away.
