"I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic. My first appointment was supposed to last an hour, but it only lasted 10 minutes. The practitioner Jessica Peterson simply used the bed to move my back up and down, which didn't provide any relief, and then sent me home, charging my insurance an outrageous amount. I felt scammed. She scheduled my next two appointments but I couldn't attended because I was in the hospital, and I was charged a $15 late fee for each missed appointment, even though I clearly canceled them. It seems like they are trying to make money off you, regardless of whether you cancel or not. Please save yourself the time and go to a proper chiropractor who genuinely cares for your well-being rather than just using you for insurance payments."
