"If you want someone who actually cares, don't come here. Find a private practice and don't go with this chain. Everything was going great. Two months membership just got done. We walked in and the lady tells my husband 20 each a visit. That's what we were prepared for. Two days later we get charged with another membership fee. We would have just waited 48 hours if we were told this. The lady never explained we did 4 times that month already, we thought our two month membership was over. When we called to explained what happened, management couldn't even give us the time to call back. Lady in front was rude, obviously trying to over for her own mistake. Management WILL text you or call you themselves to get a review though. So here's my review. Save your money. Go to a place that cares. Find a place where management gives clients the time of day instead of just begging for reviews."

"I had a problem with my neck and knew it was a chiropractic issue. Tried to get in a couple places but long waits on appointments. I took a chance and went to The Joint. After one adjustment, I felt significantly better. After another one, I am very encouraged. I purchased a package because I know I am on the road to recovery and I want full function restored. How wonderful that someone came up with this idea and a simple walk in visit can make a huge difference. I am very grateful that Dr. Tom was there :))"

"It's very rare to enter a Place of business where everyone seems genuinely happy doing their job. Starting with the smiling, kind Receptionist to the super energetic chiropractor who assisted me today!! Not only did I received care I was also offered to be emailed stretches to help me along the way! What an amazing team I can't wait to go back!!"

"They charged me for the extra month even though I told them it's not really working for me. I signed the cancellation paperwork after the first month thinking they wouldn't charge me for the second month but they did. I believe a lot of reviews are positive because the bribe people with a candy bars only if you leave a positive review (hence the picture) I've asked twice now to get an itemized receipt, but yet to get it. The biggest issue was the lack of personalized care. Each visit felt rushed, and I rarely saw the same chiropractor twice, which made it hard to establish any continuity or trust. On top of that, the adjustments started to feel more like a routine checklist than tailored treatment. I didn't see much improvement in my condition, and in some cases, I left feeling worse than when I came in.While the price is appealing, you definitely get what you pay for. If you're looking for real, individualized care and a chiropractor who takes time to understand your specific needs, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Also don't let Kelly adjust you, she was by far the worst and very unprofessional. I wouldn't let her adjust me for free if she offered."
