"Amazing - Came into this place not knowing anyone and with little hope, trying to see who and where I can do my rehab after tearing my ACL, MCL, and Meniscus- and when I tell you Eric saved my life I mean it. Eric & Phil both focus on the cause of injury/pain and get right to work with how to fix and correct whatever the issue is. After going here for about 2-3 weeks I've seen tremendous progress with my knee and started running and jumping in such little time, it was like a miracle. They explain everything to you and they give you a lot of information and results as to why your body does this or that and it goes to show you how much they care. I am about 10-11 months after surgery and I'm already cutting, pivoting, jumping, change of direction with no pain- ready to play collegiate basketball once again. They gave me confidence and the hope I needed in order to get back to the sport I love. They have the right equipment for your needs and they are very professional in their work. They explain every little detail and make your body feel even better before injury. If you are an athlete who's suffered a major injury- this is the place for you as I cannot recommend it enough. Amazing team and care."

"I had an amazing experience with Eric at Human Mechanics, who was the most motivating physical therapist I've ever worked with. He figured out my knee pain issue was related to my nerves right away on day 1 and worked on it every week and it got better and better with more pain relief and strength. It's taken me years to figure out that the issue wasn't a ligament or muscle tear, but Eric was able to figure out that it was a nerve issue right away. I've learned so much from Eric about how to treat and resolve my pain at the source and now I have my own custom routine that I can take away and use on my own. I recommend Human Mechanics to anyone that plays sports that is currently in pain, or would just like to learn how to make your body perform better in your specific sports discipline. You will not find any other PT's that will give you this much focused and specialized care that listen to all your needs and customize your session around what is bothering you at the time or if you just need to have a recovery session with their state of the art equipment. Highly recommended!"

"After dealing with a nagging shoulder and knee issue from volleyball, I honestly wasn't sure if I'd be able to play at a high level again. I'd tried other PT places before, but it always felt like cookie-cutter rehab not something built for an athlete. Working with Dr. Eric and Dr. Phil was a total game changer. From the start, they focused on how I moved on the court jumping, landing, hitting, diving and built a program that actually translated to my sport. Every session was dialed in to help me gain strength, improve stability, and get back to doing what I love. They challenged me but also kept things smart and safe. They knew when to push and when to adjust. And above all, they genuinely cared. It never felt like I was just another appointment on the schedule. I'm now back on the court, playing pain-free and more confident in my body than I've been in years. If you're a volleyball player looking to return stronger not just "rehabbed" this is where you need to go. PS- I also love that they incorporate red light therapy with treatment!"
