"If I could give 0 I would. We brought our 1 year old son in who had 104 degree fever. We were put in a room and waited for over 4 hours to see a doctor. The doctor when he finally arrived complained about how they are understaffed the majority of the time. He couldn't manage to look in our infant's ears because he was so upset and didn't test him for anything. He concluded it must be teething, anyone even not in the medical field should know teething does not produce a fever that high in any case. Don't worry, that experience cost $530."

"I Just had the.most unpleasant experience at this location. The security staff had ZERO handle on directing folks entering the lot for non Covid 19 testing entry. He specifically sent me into the out going lane and around the building into the testing exit .This is after sitting in the test drive-thru line for 12 mins, only to go back around the block and ask how to park to see my physician in the Medical Center. When a helpful nurse explained my mistaken turn the security staffer comes hussleing over and denied ever giving me any such directions. But insists I'm the idiot for.following his directions. Needless to say I was 20 mins. late for my 11:00 AM appt. even after arriving 30 mins. early. Don't we have enough stress in our lives right now. I dont need to be setup for a parking lot accident as an added incentive to stay home!!"

"My doctor is here. It's okay here. I can't really say much good about anything pertaining to the healthcare system and how doctors have to go about their business. I'm not a fan. I would give it one star but that's not really fair."
