"Staff was nice, doctor was knowledgeable, was able to get an appointment right away. My only bad experience was with the paperwork. I completed it online in advance but when I arrived for my appointment they did not have it so I needed to complete all the paperwork a second time which was frustrating. My advice, Be sure your forms are submitted and you receive a confirmation email and call to confirm receipt."

"Disappointing is one word that describes experience with practice. I went for ward removal and I wish I requested estimated for charges as with those amounts I could have gotten way better service (laser , etc) and probably different practice with more affordable charges and transparency . Despite of having contract rates with insurances the initial consultation charge is $900 and then adjusted and in top removal is separate procedure of $1000 which also then adjusted ... I was seen for no more than 20 min for both but statement said that office visited was 45 min, when I called to inquire I was told that this is how much needed to make medical decision and perform procedure... Dr Sedgwick was nice but all together is bad experience, if you go to this practice please request an estimate to avoid surprises."

"The front desk staff, both of them were really very attentive .those 2 are jack of all trades, from getting your info, to X-rays, assisting , and discharge instructions both of them are there and in spite of their busy schedule they are able to serve the pt with a smile. Dr Matthew Griffin also has a pleasant personality. He serves with a smile too and very adept and knowledgeable with the kind of treatment I needed being a first time pt in his clinic. He is blessed to have 2 assistants like those 2 I previously mentioned."
