"I have known Kay O'Hara for almost 30 years. She advised me 20 years ago when I was having issues, such as dizziness & falling on a regular basis while she was treating me. She advised me to see a Neurologist immediately and when I did, I was diagnosed as diabetic. After I saw a Pain Management Specialist for a decade, who were pushing too many procedures on me, she advised me to stop, and I did. That was in my best interests for many reasons that would take to long to recount. She NEVER steered me wrong. I respect her wholeheartedly! She is a wonderful chiropractor and acupuncturist. As well, a very intelligent and most thoughtful practitioner. You won't go wrong to see her. Take my word for it.. at 60 years of age, I know what a great doctor is!"

"Dr O'Hara is an absolute delight and really cares for her patients. She will work with you to ensure a better lifestyle and is very knowledgeable in her field. I was terrified at first to try acupuncture (I mean, hello! NEEDLES!) but she quickly relaxed me and it really was not anything I thought it would be. I currently see her for treatment for back pain and anxiety, and I have to admit I have noticed an improvement since seeing Dr O'Hara. The placement of the needles are based on a test she does every visit to check and see how balanced you are and where you need work, and once you get past that quick initial pinch (which is really like nothing), it's completely relaxing. She leaves the room and plays soothing music and just allows you to relax and enjoy. The first visit I was a little achy afterwards, but after your first few times your body adjusts. My back hurts a lot less and my anxiety is a little more manageable. Overall, I definitely recommend at least trying it, it's definitely worth the experience."
