"I have reviewed my doctor already- Danielle Cherrick. Now I want to rate Maryann Zacharias - the PA who works on my case as well. She is so efficient and I trust her as much as my doctor. She is helping me with some letters I requested, and she finished in way under 24 hours. This practice has saved my life and I'll be forever grateful for my team at OrthoVA."

"OrthoVirginia McLean and Inova Fairfax. Three weeks post-op, after living with scoliosis for decades. My heart is overflowing with gratitude. To my surgeons--you are all phenomenal! Dr. Adam Wegner, your compassion from our very first consultation put me completely at ease and gave me hope for this journey. Dr. Joseph Babrowicz, meeting you on surgery day instantly gave me the confidence that I was in the safest hands. Drs. Luke Mugge, Timothy Farrell, and Eddy Vacaflor, your unwavering support and expertise during my operation meant the world to me. To the amazing nurses, PAs, and the entire team--your exceptional skill, care, and attention have not just healed me, you have transformed my life. Each of you made me feel safe, supported, and truly seen during this journey. And of course, to Dr. Wagner's surgical scheduler, Julia Simmons, thank you for going above and beyond to find me the soonest possible schedule. I will forever be grateful to each of you."

"Truly impressive how an orthopedic office can be this unhelpful. I was given vague, inconsistent information, zero transparency, and had a generous amount of my time wasted in the process. Even more concerning was the apparent lack of basic understanding of treatment options, which is kind of the whole point of being an orthopedic practice. Overall, a shocking level of incompetence and an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone needing actual medical care."

"I visited OrthoVirginia's McLean-Tysons location after a disappointing experience at a nearby urgent care. I had fractured my ankle, so I needed x-rays and several follow-up visits, all of which the OrthoVirginia team handled quickly and efficiently. They offer online scheduling, which is extremely convenient, as are their hours. I should also mention that this office was recommended to me by a doctor friend who has been here herself. Much appreciation to the amazing healthcare team!"

"This review is strictly for Maha at the McLean-Tyson's location: 10 STARS. I have never had anyone who has never met me put forth so much time and effort into finding a solution to my issue. I couldn't (nor could the Springfield provider or clinic staff) track down the doctor who did the specific procedure I was in need of, and Maha took over 20 minutes to research all the OrthoVirginia providers in detail to find the singular one who can perform the Tenex/FAST procedure I was searching for. I say this with all of my heart--Maha offers the experience our world needs more of. Thank you so much for taking care of this problem that I surely wouldn't have been able to solve without hours of work and numerous phone calls."

"Dr. Novak is the best orthopedic doctor I've ever seen! He truly cares about his patients and treats you like a person, not just a number. He takes the time to listen, explain, and goes above and beyond to help. His team is just as amazing--kind, professional, and supportive. Highly recommend!"

"I should have known that when AI is answering their phone that the service in the office would be just as bad (the AI is horrendous and doesn't understand even basic asks). First, we never got follow up instructions. Second, after speaking to several people (every time it was different) we got an appointment & access. Except the stated appointment location wasn't the actual location. Like some other reviewers we were told to sit and wait despite arriving early and then told we wouldn't be seen. Fortunately there are lots of other practices with immediate availability. I encourage you to seek them out. We left and won't be back. I also tried to contact an office manager and they sent me to voicemail repeatedly."

"It is interesting reading the reviews about how they will make you wait upwards of an hour to see a doctor passed your scheduled appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes late as I was trying to get to McLean from SE Washington DC where I work in mid day traffic. The clinic was swarmed with people, and the line was out the door. Only 2 of the 3 receptionists were actually working. By the time I got to the front desk, 10 more minutes had passed by. The receptionist says "Dr. Grossman won't see patients that are passed 15 minutes late". I let her know I had been standing for 10 minutes at their clinic and that I had taken time off work to be there. The doctor didn't care. Even though I can guarantee you I would have been asked to wait these 20 minutes (and more) had I even arrived exactly on time. I stood for 10 MORE minutes at the front desk as the receptionist click-clacked on her keyboard chatting with the doctor. At this point, I had wasted an hour of my life trying to get to this clinic, and 30 minutes just standing there watching her type away. Surely the people behind me were frustrated.......her next appointment was two months away. I said thank you, and left. I will not be returning to this sweat shop of an orthopedic clinic. Spare yourself -- find somewhere else. The cherry on top of this is I was scheduled incorrectly. I had asked for Dr. Danielle Cherrick when making the appointment."
