"Location was very convenient (close to subway and my gym). Front desk staff is welcoming and friendly; they start to know you by name after the first few sessions despite the large clientele. My PT (Janvi) was great; she worked with me on my goals and created a progressive program to achieve them. While there's typically a 1:2 (PT to patient) ratio, they do a good job of creating stagger and use assistants to ensure you get the support needed. The automated reminders are helpful as is the app. The major drawback was the tight space. During peak hours, the space felt very crowded and could be a bit tough to do the exercises without accidentally getting in each other's way. After nearly 3 months of PT, I am back to full strength and couldn't have achieved it without PT."

"TL;DR: They owe me money, and had the audacity to still send me a bill. Visited 3 times in 2025, and paid each time. For the third visit, I had reached my deduction limit by the time they submitted the claim to my insurance. Rather than refunding me the original amount paid, they sent me another bill for the coninsurance amount. They are claiming I only paid for 2 visits even after sending documentation from my credit card statements I have paid 3 times. They have not resolved this, and I have a complaint pending with the BBB."
