"When you arrive Dorian is the nicest guy (receptionist)!! Katie is Awesome. Very welcoming office. Highly recommend"
"I had my first visit a couple of days ago and I was happy with the experience. The wait isn't long and they like to keep things moving so definitely arrive early to fill out your paperwork. Everyone was nice and friendly. Dr. Nicholson is very knowledgeable and I like that he is going to retrieve all of my medical records and scans before making any decisions. I am scheduled for a block which I expected and the wait for that is very short as well. Appointment times and availability are great which help me out because I need afternoon appointments. Overall so far I have been happy with my experience and would recommend. I'll review again after a few more visits. Thanks for reading!"
"Amy is the best provider there. She treats you with the up most respect and is very understanding to you pain issues. All three of the front desk ladies are amazing but Jessica is always my favorite person."
"I was with another pain center who were charging my insurance two times a week for physical therapy while taking $70 a week for co pays. I started in June and couldn't get a sit down appointment with the doctor because he didnt take my HMO for his time nor the shots. Today I had an appointment Dr. Nicholson. He told me exactly what my gut was and saying, which was, I need surgery! He is Fresh , crisp and clean. He came to the table and he was right on. My second opinion was the right one! Thanks Doc."
"Going to this facility has been a nightmare. My Dr., Dr. Mosuro was unkind, emotionless and barely looked at me. Made me do a $2800 drug test as soon as I got into the door, which was ridiculous. He wouldn't make eye contact, barely listened to me and rushed my appt even though I waited over an hour to be seen. Then after all that, their accounting department submitted my insurance claim wrong and I've had to call them about a dozen times, speaking with disrespectful staff who kept assuring me that they would resubmit the claim, and they didn't. I can't get them to simply do their job! I basically begged, speaker to a supervisor and everything and it still hasn't been done. They're trying to stick me with this $740 bill that my insurance would cover if they could just submit a proper claim. It has been such a stressful situation over a terrible appointment where I got barely any help for my debilitating back pain. This office is terrible, and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. They're taking advantage of poor people in desperate need for pain management. I can't speak for the other doctors at the office, but avoid Dr. Mosuro please. And just know that dealing with the accounting department for this office is very stressful. They are incompetent and seem to be purposefully causing stress to their clients and not helping with a very simple matter. I hate to write bad reviews, but this place has caused me so much stress. I want to prevent anyone else from dealing with this situation. Update: I spoke with the manager of this facility and she was very apologetic, and addressed each of my concerns which I appreciated. The billing issue finally got resolved after I spoke to her. I just hope they make some changes with the billing department and that Dr. Mosuro changes the way he acts towards his patients in the future. Best of luck to this facility and thank you to the manager (can't remember her name unfortunately)."
""I don't like making these kinds of comments, but what this center is doing to its patients is very unfair. I have gone multiple times, and each time they say I am self-pay, and I respond, NO, I have insurance and give them my card. They say, 'Sorry, the other person didn't update it.' Ok, I leave, and then they send me two bills for $2,929.50 and another of $300.00 I call, and they say they will resolve it because I have Medicaid, and that's not supposed to happen. I'm tired of calling and explaining to them. I call LabCorp olso, and they tell me that I'm reported as if I don't have insurance. Thank God I have all my tests... Please, do not go to this place, where aside from being inefficient, they are sending bills to insured patients and then threatening to send them to collections... And on top of all this, the doctor never gave me the prescription for my medications. Honestly, I don't understand how a pain management doctor can be so incompetent when it comes to prescribing medicine. It's a shame that places like this resort to such low behavior towards people who are just seeking help with a medical problem; this is taking advantage of people in need!" Please pay attention to this places and the doctor and all his excuses to make you come back but without give you your prescription just to charge more money."
"I have been going to National spine and pain for several years and started with Dr.Nicholson as my first pain specialist. I was so sad when he left I think I even cried.. lol but meeting Dr,Mosuro made me feel reassured that I would be taken care of. The office staff and himself are amazing. He has been so attentive as well as caring for my condition. He has gone above and beyond. I would recommend NSPC and Dr,Mosuro anyday."
"This may sound weird, but, I truly enjoy going to pain management! Why? Because the Doctors, and staff are always kind, respectful, caring, and take time to listen to things of concern. They even laugh with me , show compassion when I am having a downer day! Sometimes, patients don't want to wear their masks, and they begin to fuss when asked to put on their masks, but, the receptionist is "very courteous", she nods hers head with understanding, and allows the patients to vent, and when they have calmed down, they put their masks on, still fussing, but they put it on! I don't have any concerns that needs to be addressed, at this time! I enjoy my healthcare with National Spine and Pain Center...White Marsh Office! "
