"I received acupuncture at city center chiropractic back in 4/2013...at least that is what my bill that I received in the mail with statement date 9/8/2016. This is ridiculous. I have new insurance, new bank accounts, etc. now this will be a chore to look into. I do remember them having a "billing" problem back when I was receiving services and my acupuncturist assuring me that she would clear things up. I can't even fully remember the conversation. Keep your receipts! Updated post: since posting this I received a call and an email letting me know that they would not be collecting any additional payments from me for services and asked that I removed and/or update my review. I have since updated my review from a one star to a three star."
