"It was my first visit to this practice, and the last!! I was given a form to fill out and before I had a chance to start it they rushed me into a room for an X-ray! I had an appointment with Dr. Monaghan which never showed up or cared to see me instead a young novice PA showed up! Her first remark as she entered was that I have Arthritis, which I was quite aware of it myself! Then she shocked me by saying that I would not die from it! She must've thought that I was an imbecile! She didn't have any of my medical history since I didn't have a chance to fill out the form which by the way was in Spanish! I am not sure why they gave that form! During this visit no one asked me whether I was experiencing any pain or how this injury happened! Despite my pain and not being able to walk well I went to the pharmacy only to find out that they prescribed ONE single pill for me! I was so shocked and upset! Not to mention that she had prescribed one of the worst medication which is no longer available in many European countries! I advised my primary physician not to recommend anyone to this practice and I certainly wouldn't dare going back myself!"

"Best Patient/Doctor experience I've had in a very very very long time!! Can't exit from my review without mentioning my beautiful ladies at the front desk! I nicknamed them the "nail glam" girls! They are so sweet, patient and informative and what a way to express that than through their nail art! I love and appreciate that their boss allows them to do so. Now, it's only rite that I shout out my girl that took my images! Wish I asked for her name; but even still, I have a feeling she is the muscle around the office... Lol... She took real good care of me and my non - Megan knees!! Lastly, to the gentleman whom greeted me and led me to the back with the brightest smile known to man!! Can't remember his name, but will forever remember his face/smile! He gave me consistent eye contact when asking me about my concerns for my office visit and was very genuine in making sure he used "my" terminology and lingo regarding my issues at hand, to report bk to the doctor!! Excellent job ~PRECISION~ in its entirety!! You have found a patient that you can't get rid of now!! "
