My first session was with Karli who was so professional and explained to me the therapy I would receive on my neck. Lauren then became my therapist and she was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my neck pain. She was unbelievable! I really appreciated how she would "correct" me if I didn't do my exercises like she explained. Her physical therapy procedures are for others to emulate. My neck pain is gone thanks to her experience and professionalism.
