"I can't find enough space to rave about the Skokie office! I have. been going years and years . They've healed my injuries , & maintained my aging body and soul beautifully . Dr K is my "go to" after any (sadly , I've had several) injuries . He has Many tricks to heal one's pain . They've cured me each time. Staff is outstanding !!! Stephanie is amazing on the key board , Opi & Katlyn are always so professional , comforting and knowledgeable & my healers : Carlos the magic handed masseuse as well as Dianna have brought me to a pretty much pain free lifestyle . "First of all, Dr. Webster was great. My only complaint is when I booked my appointment, my insurance card info was requested.. I provided the info and also check the website and noticed that the insurance company that I belong to, is listed. When I arrived to my appointment, my card was photocopied and I eventually saw the doctor. When it was over, I went to pay my co-pay only to find out that I was being billed for the treatment in its entirety . I asked if that was my co-pay and was told that it was but I would be charged $70 for each visit afterwards. I contacted my insurance and was told that my co-pay for a visit is simply $15 for each visit. I believed that the office knew that I wasn't covered and did not mention it when I arrived. It was very deceptive and they lost a patient!"

"Great staff and relaxing atmosphere. I came into the office with severe neck pain and shoulder pain & headaches from a sports injury I had for over 2 yrs. Went to many different Chiropractors around Chicago and none were able to diagnose me with the problem I had. First day in the office Carlos explained to me how they diagnose and then go about treating people. They did X- Rays on me and then explain to me what I had. 8 visits later my pain and discomfort has almost gone away completely thanks to Dr. Louis and their staff. They have changed my life for the better!"

"After going to this practice for a few years, I decided to discontinue treatment and change my once five star review as my previous reviews were directly toward providers and staff who are no longer at the clinic. My reason for discontinuing is due to high turnover from staff and being tired of constantly having to start over treatment with a new doctor. It is clear that the staff are not treated with respect by the owner and that has a direct impact to the patient-doctor relationship. I am leaving two stars because I genuinely enjoyed the treatment and services I received from previous doctors who are no longer at the practice."

"I've been a loyal patient of Dr. Kinney at the West Loop location for some time now, and I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and expertise. He's an excellent chiropractor who genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Kinney consistently provides top-notch care and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are comfortable and well-informed about their treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Kinney to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate chiropractor. Tanya is also wonderful! She is always helpful and kind, such a great person to welcome you into the office! However, my overall experience at the office has been marred by the behavior of the owner, Dr. Alden. Dr. Alden's presence in the office is unsettling. He often interrupts appointments and makes the staff visibly uncomfortable. This was never more apparent than during a recent visit. While Dr. Kinney was performing my adjustment, Dr. Alden walked in mid-treatment and opened the door without any warning and propped it open with a chair. This not only disrupted my session but also constituted a significant HIPAA violation, as my privacy was completely disregarded. When I approached Dr. Alden about this breach of confidentiality, instead of offering an apology or taking responsibility, he shockingly blamed Dr. Kinney for the situation. His lack of accountability and failure to uphold basic patient privacy standards are deeply concerning. It's a shame that someone as skilled and caring as Dr. Kinney is associated with an office where the owner displays such unprofessionalism. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, as they severely impact the quality of care and the overall atmosphere of the practice. Until then, while I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kinney, I cannot in good conscience recommend this office to others."
