"My experience with this business was extremely disappointing. Despite being verbally told a 3-month commitment was "recommended," it was actually mandatory per the contract. Due to their limited hours I wasn't able to continue with sessions after my work schedule changed and was told I needed to pay for the 3 months. I went ahead and paid for the 3 months and requested to cancel after the 3 months were complete. The front desk employee said she "put a note in the system" to cancel my monthly membership. I was then charged for a fourth month and when I called they refused to refund me and told me it's stated in the contract that I must email to cancel. It's very frustrating when their verbal communications don't match their actual policies. My advice and warning: don't trust what you're told in person and read the contract carefully or find a reputable provider that is more transparent and upholds honest business practices."

"When it comes to someone's infertility journey, there are so many challenges that can be overwhelming. One of the best decision I made was picking Eastern Vitality Acupuncture for infertility acupuncture sessions. I've been seeing Christina since August of 2020. Since the initial consult, I followed Christina's recommendations for treatment and reassured me that I'm not alone. I feel such a difference when I don't have my sessions because I feel so tense and anxious. Christina and Iva provide support and smiling faces that always make me feel welcome. After I received a call that my IVF cycle failed, Christina and Iva both comforted me. Iva even made sure to wipe away my running mascara before I left the room. Each week Christina checks in on me and makes me feel like I'm talking to one of my friends. Without Christina's care, I don't think I would be as positive as I am throughout this journey.
