"After spraining my IT band during the Chicago marathon last year, the River North team especially Justin, Tyler, Grace, Shanrika and Jasmine helped me get back on track. Their support and encouragement made a huge difference in my recovery. Justin took the time to educate me on the importance of strengthening my glutes and how a strong glute supports my hips and hamstrings, which was a game changer for my running. This will help me a lot in future races as I was previously not strength transiting. Just last weekend I ran a 5K and felt so much better. Even when I complained during workouts, I genuinely looked forward to coming in and getting stronger each session.
