"I've been going here for PT for my knee for two months now and it's been a great experience. It's sometimes challenging to get appts 2x weekly but if you try to get on their books as early as possible, they do try to work with you. They also have a waitlist. Tip I heard from someone is if it's a scheduled rehab situation like from surgery, call to get appts booked before the surgery also. I had an injury though and so it was immediate and got 2x for 7 weeks bc I made sure I was flexible with my availability, but for the 8th week that I can't get yet, I'm on their waitlist for cancellations. Tommy is great as my therapist but others seem really nice also. You work out in a quiet open area, very nice and bright, large windows."

"Had a wonderful experience with the PT's here! I primarily worked with Victoria, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I felt much better after working with her and highly recommend! I also worked with Darlene a few times and she was great as well!"

"Review your bills very carefully from this place. I received the same treatment 1-2x per week for 2 months. Turned out that they were charging me for difference services (and the # of received services) each time I went, seemingly with the changing of the wind. When I asked them to explain this, they brushed me off and told me I just didn't understand the industry, and that I owed them what they told me I owed them. I paid over $2,500 out of pocket for services that were worth nowhere near that amount of money (15 min of treatment + 45 min of self exercises). Save yourself the headache, hassle, and unexpected bills and sign up to receive your care elsewhere."

"I've been seen by Kara and Ryan twice for different areas of concern. The first time was in 2022 and then most recently in summer '24 and both times I was glad I went to this location. They are the absolute best. I felt like my concerns were valid and my pain was understood. The weird parameters of my job were accommodated and the PT exercises worked for me perfectly. Can't say enough good things about them and the lovely folks at the front desk!"

"I had such a positive experience working one-on-one with Victoria to rehab glute and lower back pain. She is a great listener, she's thoughtful, and she worked with me to figure out the real problems rather than just giving me a pre-fab set of generic exercises like I've received at other PT spots. I came out of each visit feeling better and more confident in my ability to manage my symptoms. Though the one-on-one attention at this location meant that getting appointments at times that worked for my schedule was sometimes tough, it was so worth it for the progress I made under Victoria's careful and attentive care. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly when I called in to make appointments or check if there were any cancellations, and my appointments always started and ended on time."

"I highly recommend using Inova Physical Therapy. Ryan was wonderful helping me navigate my therapy and set me up for success. After last appointment we spoke about what I needed to do to keep a good pace on getting stronger. I had no wait for my appointments which was nice. Kudos for Ryan!!!!"

"This is the worst office that I have ever been to, the staff is rude and felt that they are all mighty. I had an eval in July, the eval was great and the provider that saw me was amazing. This whole issue is with the front desk staff and how they treat clients. When I got to the office I had to update my last name multiple times, even gave my insurance card that had my correct last name. The guy (Jeff) at the front did not fix it and multiple times I stated this needed to be fixed due to billing. I was also supposed to be booked an appt that he did not book for me. I called the day of the appointment as I had not received reminders and was informed I did not have an appointment. I explained what had happened and was given an appt that week. I was called the day of my appointment to inform that my authorization had not been approved. An insurance issues, so I asked for all my appt at the time to be canceled as I would be traveling. Apparently if you travel they will cancel your request for an authorization. I called today in August to find out if the auth had been approved to make appointments as no one had ever called me to inform me it was approved. Jeff proceeded to inform me that they would not call me if I was traveling even to inform me that my auth was approved or not and that it was my responsibility to call cause they were to busy with other clients. I asked to speak to a supervisor as that rude af, like what I am not a client too? The young lady that got on the phone that refused to give me her name indicated that they canceled my request cause I was traveling, when I asked why she didn't have a valid reason besides you indicated you were traveling. MIND YOU, they do not have any soon appointments and I would have had to schedule in late August any way. I have worked at doctors offices for 12 yrs and never have I stopped the process of an auth due to a patient traveling, auths can take up to a month to get approved. I asked to speak to a manager because the young lady that refused to give me her name was not one. When I asked for the name of the person that would call me back she stated I don't know who may call you because it could be a few people, I said "ok can I get their names?" she said no. At this point I asked for her name she said no and hung up the phone. Per my insurance I can only be evaluated ONCE, meaning that portion has already been done by this clinic. Would I have known this is how the "practice" is ran I would have gone elsewhere. I would recommend that anyone go anywhere else. Worst experience I have EVER had with ANY office."

"Good luck getting appointments in times you like. Also they don't hire enough people to answer phone. No matter what time of day I call it's a 15-30 min hold. Save yourself aggravation and go elsewhere. Lots of great PT elsewhere in Alexandria."
