"The Bad if you have time to wait this is the place for you. I made an appointment for 9:00, and got a followup call to confirm. They asked to come in 8:30 to fill out paperwork, fine. It's 10:18 and have yet to see Dr. Yonclas. Doctors have forgotten that the people they see do not feel well as it is. Do doctors go to other doctors and do they have to wait? The Good: Dr. Yonclas and his staff however were more than thorough at explaining the testing process. I'm sure I was noticeably upset when I inquired if this was normal waiting time, the response I got was I don't know I don't do the scheduling. The 3 stars are for the attending."

"Dr. Yonclas is very professional doctor. The fron desk is very unprofessional so rude one lady act like she don't work at doctor's office. She act like she works at a bar or something!!!! Really need better front desk people."
