After the closure of the DC Clinic with Dr. Morris and Dr. Armstrong, they have made my transition to this clinic pleasant and smooth. "As a current member of The Joint Chiropractic I decided to go to another location just to ensure my services I get at my regular location are the same or better. I went to the Bradlee Center office, big mistake. The check in was terrible, and the person working the front desk barely looks up from her phone to greet me. She mumbles that I have 2 or 3 more visits between today and 8/31. I waited to be called back by the doctor, I get asked a ton of questions due to our first time meeting. Needless to say I was given exactly two different adjustments and a ton of recommendations and sent on my merry way. I was truly stunned that there was NO adjustment to my neck, shoulders or anything. A complete waste of my weekly visit. I will NEVER visit this location again, and will gladly go to my regular Dr. Rodriguez at the Landmark Center office from now on. Avoid this location unless you want to waste your time, and barely get an adjustment."
