"Dr. Jacobs is a master in her field, and her staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. After having cared for multiple professional and Olympic teams, Dr. Jacobs is skilled to treat any and all ailments, from the professional athlete to the walk-in. I initially saw Dr. Jacobs for relief for lower back, glute and IT band pain. Not only have those symptoms all but disappeared, but the occasional knee pain I had also experienced for more than 20 years is pretty much gone as well. Once I began treatments, I noticed I had chronic neck tension, and I now look forward to chiropractic adjustments every few weeks to make it disappear! -- Dr. Jacobs also takes care of kids. She helped my daughter with her lower back pain after a track incident and gave her advice to help prevent it from recurring. -- The office is open concept, including two friendly (and quiet) dogs. They are an added bonus for easy and productive visits."

"I had a very negative experience with this business owner. She prevented my family car from briefly dropping off my daughter for school, which caused my daughter to be late. During the interaction, my husband was spoken to in a threatening and intimidating manner, which was extremely upsetting to my daughters. This business is located in our neighborhood, and I regularly witness her yelling at people over minor issues. She has repeatedly made alarming statements about being able to cause BODILY HARM! Hearing threats like this directed at or around community members, especially children, is deeply concerning. This behavior feels hostile and unwelcoming and has created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for families who live nearby."

"I had an absolutely shocking experience with the owner of this business. While delivering urgent medication to my son, who was experiencing a low blood sugar emergency at the business across the street, I parked for no more than 30 seconds. Suddenly, the owner came outside, aggressively yelling at me to move my car. I calmly explained that I was attending to my son's medical emergency, but instead of showing even an ounce of empathy, she continued to shout, saying she didn't care. As an African American woman, I was already caught off guard and nervous by the way she aggressively confronted me. Instead of being reasonable, she stormed back inside. When I attempted to address the situation and ask for a manager, she proudly stated that she was the owner. At that point, she escalated her unprofessional behavior, resorting to insults, including calling me uneducated. Beyond her horrible attitude, I also noticed that the business itself appeared unsanitary, with dogs everywhere. As a medical professional, I found both her conduct and the state of her establishment completely unacceptable. Given her behavior and disregard for basic human decency, I have filed a police report, including documentation of my son's medical emergency. No one should have to experience this level of hostility, especially in a moment of crisis. I strongly urge others to think twice before supporting this business. Ma'am, LOL. First, my son was the one getting his hair done. His stylist called me about the emergency, and I arrived quickly to provide him with what he needed. What you saw was me waiting for my son to finish. Second, I called the police--on YOU. I reported your dirty business and will make sure others know about it. Third, yes, I absolutely said what I said--about entitled white women who believe they can berate others, treat them however they please, and then play the victim when someone rightfully reacts to their inappropriate behavior. The audacity of you to do this while I was tending to my child is astounding. Let me be clear: I wasn't hurting anyone, especially not you. You were the one who accosted me, yelling and screaming out of nowhere. Whatever is going on in your life, I suggest you find peace and get yourself together because God is certainly not pleased with this behavior. Do some real self-reflection on this situation. I am well-respected in the medical community, and who are fully aware of my son's medical needs. Trust that I will ensure people learn about both your shady business practices and your even worse attitude."
