"Dr. Hanna is a listener. He truly has increased my quality of life. He is always present, aware, and kind. When other docs didn't take the time to really consider treatment options for an EDS patient, he did. After years of fearing pain specialists I can truly advise anyone in need to do yourself the favor of seeing Dr. Hanna. Run. Don't walk."

"I have never felt more disrespected and uncared for by a doctors office in my life. I want to say the doctor is competent, though lacks affable bedside manner. Nurse Vickie is generally unpleasant and dismissive. My first appointment I waited over 1.5 hours past my appointment time to be seen. Everyone's wait time was so bad, the receptionist handed out snacks like a flight attendant. After waiting six weeks to have a procedure, I mistakenly went to the wrong location. En route, I was called saying the need to reschedule, even though I would be arriving just 20 minutes past my scheduled time. No grace, no care, no understanding. This call came when I was just ten minutes out. So, basically, this office is emboldened to disrespect my time by 1.5+ hours and weeks wait to be seen, but don't have 20 minutes of grace for a patient. It's really shocking and disappointing."

"Edit: The first time i seen him, he was very arrogant but at the next visits(I was reluctant to go back but I had no choice) and he turned out to be on my side and listened and now sees what i am going through, no BS. At first, he asked me questions on pain and i tried to explain what it was and he said " just a yes or no. You're wasting my time" and then I said yes then he asked what are my symptoms that i already tried to tell him, when he refused to listen, and I was so upset, because of what I'm going through, so i told him he was wasting my time because he would have had the answer already if he would have just took time to actuallylistenthe first time. Then he said, don't worry what's on the MRI and I said, why are we talking about the mri, I'm trying to tell you what I've been dealing with for many years. He was just rude but I matched his attitude back at him and made sure he knew i was only giving him what he gave me. I didn't feel comfortable with someone who was rude. I understand the time limits the doctors are given for patients but they he has no patience. I have a complex case. It's not simple slipped disc. It's head to toe wear and tear and injuries all over. C's,T's, L's and S. And that's just the spine. The problems are only increasing and it's frustrating to receive false know it all, bully treatment from people who only read books and mris but have never lived it. Not Every person is the same. I wish I had one problem but I don't, so be specific and communicate properly. EDIT HERE: So, I did a few treatments and he's been okay, very nice, since i stuck up for myself, and does his job very well, but the nurses annoy me because I get a shot in my neck, but she uncovers my whole body, like just ignorantly, like on purpose feeling, to make me feel uncomfortable. Two times. I did give them an attitude and said is that necessary. Maybe you like to be exposed or you think it's no big deal, but I'm not that person. I feel some of them are also just arrogant. The check in nurse was nice and no problems at the desk. Sometimes you just need to stand up for yourself and get the respect you deserve because they do see someone many people that are full of drama, and I get that, and he is a very competent doctor.
