Testimonials
"I worked with over 6 PTs before finding Vital Physical Therapy and have worked with Chili for almost two years. I have needed consistent support because of the complex nature of my physical pain. Chili is an excellent practitioner - empathetic and exceedingly skilled in her approaches. There is nobody else like her. She truly does have magic hands. If you are seeking PT for a specific issue or are interested in exploring other modalities for full body work, look no further. She is 100% committed to your healing. You will get individualized, one-on-one attention from an absolute star of a physical therapist."
"My friend referred me to Chili based on her "magic hands" and she was right! My body feels amazing after utilizing suggestions from her and from the time with her directly working on my body as well. She's also very personable and cares deeply about the work and her patients. I consider myself extremely lucky for having found her."
"After struggling with neck issues for months and unable to get relief with a different physical therapist and cortisone shots, I sought out new treatment with Chili at Vital Physical Therapy after a recommendation from my spine doctor. It was immediately a different experience that felt tailored to my particular situation, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Chili is receptive and patient, and was able to expertly tune into the problems that were contributing to my pain. She's very knowledgeable about anatomical structure but also has an intuitive sense through her hands-on techniques about how to improve issues. After a few visits, and her recommendations for ergonomic changes and home exercises, I was seeing improvements, and a few months in I know I'm on the road to a full recovery. Highly recommend!"
"I can't recommend Chili and Vital highly enough. Most importantly, her plan worked and what I went in to work through - lower back pain - was resolved. Equally important, she was patient, clear in her suggestions, adaptable in her approach, and was just a pleasure to meet with. She also proactively told me when she thought I was ready to do the routines on my own without further PT, which I very much appreciated."
"I was seeing Chili for the better part of a year, fairly consistently over a period of 9 months. I have been having chronic and quite severe back pain for about 6 months before I started going to her and she was instrumental to my recovery. Some of the best things about going to Chili: Chili takes the time to assess and monitor progress over the necessary period of time. Chili doesn't rush appointments. I was going to a PT "chain" prior and always felt like I was in a rush in and out the door, and had therapists who were very detached for the most part. Chili has a magic touch. It's hard to explain, but all I can say is that she has a true gift, apart from her experience, her pedigree and her dedication! Best of all, Chili knows and doesn't hesitate to refer out to alternative pain management places (as a complement to my protocol) or to a different specialist when she knows that it's the best thing for my recovery. Her primary concern was getting me to a good baseline and I'm happy to say almost three months after my last appointment with her, I am predominantly pain-free, and when I do get pain, it's a fraction of what it was before."
"Chili has been my go-to PT for many years now and has helped me through multiple issues, from foot surgery rehab to breast cancer rehab to even internal organ work to help improve digestion & calm my GERD-related issues. She is an expert at dry needling, which has helped tremendously in reducing my pain & increasing mobility related to my foot injury. She works holistically to understand the root cause of one's issues. Chili is also a pleasure to visit and establishes a very personal connection with her clients. She is hands-on, which I greatly appreciate, and I would highly recommend her for any health-related issues you may be struggling with."
"I had never been to physical therapy before dislocating my shoulder this year. After a few sessions with other therapists (who made it worse, not better), I can confidently say you shouldn't go anywhere else. Vital Physical Therapy is a hidden gem - a small practice tucked inside a small local gym. Chili rehabilitated my shoulder quickly and as painlessly as possible. She's incredibly kind and I really looked forward to my sessions every week. I have sent several friends to Chili and seen her work her magic on a range of issues. She's the best!"
"I started PT skeptically as a last resort over a year after a hip stress fracture and planned to only attend a few sessions. I ended up going back to see Chili for 3 months. Chili started by talking me through and helping me understand my previous MRI reports, as well as some bloodwork results to help monitor my vitamin levels, which was unexpected but very appreciated! Chili created a tailored strengthening plan for me that was continually modified as I progressed and she managed to address both my eagerness to become active again and concern about reinjury. As I started easing back into light exercises, I realized the manual PT work was really needed in addition to the prescribed strengthening exercises. Aside from her expertise, I also valued her patience and flexibility-- she was always willing to answer the endless questions I had and even went above and beyond with advice on general health. Chili was able to coordinate with my schedule as a full time professional finishing graduate school and scheduling sessions was never a concern. Even though I've "graduated" from PT, I won't hesitate to reach out to Chili if I have any concerns as I continue to progress."
