"I have been seeing Dr Ward for a few years now for my comp lifetime care. I hadn't needed to see him for about a year. Made an appointment due to a flare up. Went to Columbia office and another Dr is running the desk, tells me they have been having problems keeping office staff. Then after talking and finding out what I do, proceeds to push me to put advertisement for their new cannabis dispensary company at the office I work at... Really?? I have nothing against natural treatments/remedies. I wish I could try some, but due to regulations of my occupation I cannot. I was finally called back an hour later... As I sat there, I was the only person the whole time in their very small waiting room who was there for Dr Ward. Everyone else was so sketchy, I felt like I needed a shower when I left. If you're going to expand the scope of your business/practice, you may want to actually expand/separate these particular specialties. The kicker is I can't get through to anyone on a regular basis, it took 3 days for me to get through by phone (leave a voicemail and they might get back to you) about an error in a couple scripts I received. The "portal" is a joke, there are still unanswered emails (now almost a month ago) from the aforementioned script debacle... I am moving on elsewhere. UPDATE: "YOU'RE FIRED!" I moved on after not hearing back about a refill (after multiple calls and getting voicemail) for over a week.."
