"Out of all the physical therapy offices I've been to, Spear Grand Central has easily been one of my favorites. I've been a patient there for a while for two different treatments, and every therapist I've worked with has made the experience genuinely fun and positive. The whole team brings such great energy that it truly feels like an amazing place to work. The front desk staff (Sharya, Sophia, and Nnamdi) are always so friendly and helpful, and the techs, Josh and Lizzy, are also helpful and pretty chill. I've built a great rapport with all of them over time. And Rene, my occupational therapist and the last therapist I saw before "graduating," is hilarious, easy to talk to, and someone I genuinely looked forward to seeing each session. I'm honestly a little sad to be done with my treatments, and I'll miss stopping by every week -- but I'll definitely pop in to say hello whenever pass by."
