They give thorough explanations of their equipment, treatment and process and continue to communicate the plan / check in on progress and how I'm feeling throughout the visit. There is no sense of 'just checking the boxes;' they are genuinely invested. They are cheerful and have created a very inviting environment so that I look forward to my appointments. I tried healing on my own at home for several weeks without great success and have now experienced a significant improvement in the first week of visits to Dr K."
