"First time here all the ladies were friendly and professional Karen the PA had a great bedside manner she took the time to listen to all my concerns and even found me a dr closer to my area within Medstar and wanted to add I didn't wait long either ..and easy access right off the walking bridge .high waiting room chairs for us that have bad knees and hard to get up off of low seats .all in all a great place I highly recommend . P.s.when i look for drs and PAs willingness to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions are very important in my decision making ."

"I love everything about medstar, from their emergency room to their adult clinic. And today, I had the chance to experience the hip and knee part of the building, and my doctor ring was so very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. What he was talking about. He was just so very professional. When I first got in there, I went to the wrong floor the front desk Receptionists not the one in the front, the one in the back weren't as pleasant as I'd like them to be. And I spoke with them and I told them like to smile. It's a beautiful day that was the only problem. If you're working at the front desk You supposed to greet everyone with a smile. So when I went to the 4th floor I encountered then and the front desk clerk on the first floor In the hip and knee part of the building, she was the same way but she was very professional. She wasn't nasty. She just wasn't as friendly as I'd liked her to have been because, AGAIN when you're working with people in any type of customer service environment, you have to greet the people. And make them feel welcome. And make them feel safe, Iand COMFORTABLE but other than that, the doctor was outstanding. I give it a 45 stars any day."

"I was quite happy with Dr. Ebert's visit with me. The reservation I have is that his staff was to refer me to a provider for a nerve conduction study that could be done quickly, perhaps even before he retires this coming week. The referral doctor could not see me for more than 6 weeks. My efforts to reach Dr. Ebert's nurse to find a quicker referral failed over a two day period notwithstanding strenuous efforts.
