"This has nothing to do with the DR... I am sure he is great and I have honestly heard nothing but good things. However, some of the staff is about as rude as can be. I have never experienced anything quite like it. I was hung up on and talked down to because of an emergency that needed me to reschedule an appt. Completely unprofessional and I will not use them again no matter how great the DR may be."
