"I selected this chiropractic office due to its convenient location, and it was my initial visit. The administrative paperwork required over 40 minutes to complete, followed by a 30-minute wait to see the chiropractor. The reception staff provided excellent and efficient service. Our consultation concerning my accident lasted only 2-3 minutes. The chiropractor adjusted my neck and lower back, and then I was taken to another room for a 10-minute hot pack application. The total bill was $545. A $300 charge was added because it was my first visit. I found this experience to be less satisfactory than my previous visits to four other chiropractic offices. I would advise caution. Many such businesses encourage friends and family members to submit positive reviews to artificially inflate their ratings. ALWAYS verify the authenticity of reviews by checking the reviewer's profile to see how many reviews they have submitted for other businesses. I have noticed that many reviewers here have only one or two reviews, which may not be credible."

"This is my 3rd accident to bring me to this chiropractor office, I've met 3 doctors. First time I went there was before the remodel now it looks like a brand new office,. The doctor that standard out the most is the one they gave there now his name is Roberto. Roberto takes pride in his life work and really does focus on you're healing and not just making you come and go. He is new to chiropractics but it looks as if he's been doing it his whole life. I definitely recommend you come to this location and work with Roberto he will get you're back feeling right again! I hope to see Roberto move very far with the company!!! Also The receptionist name Stephanie is very professional and fast, I always get a call in the morning to remind me of my appointment which is very nice and something I've never experienced the other times I've came to this office, all the receptionist should be trained to be like Stephanie."

"This is my last session here today, but I had to leave a review. The service here is exceptional. Very professional, pleasant, accommodating and welcoming. I have only been to the Wheaton location and the clinic has always smelled refreshing and good. It's neat and clean and I am a big germaphobe. All of the staff were great starting with the front desk staff (Ashley and Jes) always greeted me with a smile and helpful. Today I worked with (Layla) she was nice as well. Last but not least Dr. Roberto Rodriguez was phenomenal. He explained everything each time, the streches, excerises and alignment really helped me feel better than when I first started. "I really have to sing praises to this location. I'm sure that Ameriwell has plenty of locations, but this one here in Wheaton is A+. I was provided an UBER home after therapy. I had my Stanley cup that a student got for me but left it in the front of the building. But those ladies at the front saw it and held it for me. I so love this staff here...."
