"To be honest that was actually very nervous walking in here for a massage based on all the reviews. But I think today I had a really good lady her name was lupita! I had two Groupons as well. There was a little hiccup in the scheduling. There was supposed to be two people today scheduled but they only had us for one so always call to make sure there's more than one opening if you're going with somebody. Otherwise lupita has the magic touch. I actually felt pretty good and I told her not to touch certain parts of my body and she was actually pretty good at listening. I speak Spanish so it was easier for me to communicate as well. Honestly I'd go to her again. She isn't to rough but also tough enough to get some of that pain taken care of. 10/10 . Just always communicate with your masseuse."

"Although I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, Maritza did more in 45 min than most massage therapists ever did in 1.5 hours! She was very understanding, professional, and concerned about my lost time (even though it was my fault!), and prompt to make sure we were able to get the most out of the time we had. She was very insightful, attentive, and observant. She noticed problems I have had with my shoulders since childhood and gave me great advice. My session with Maritza was one of the best experiences I have had getting a massage! Even though this massage was a gift and this facility is somewhat far from me, I immediately booked 2 more sessions and will be making the almost hour-long commute to see Maritza again and again! So worth it!"

"Recently had a massage at elite rehab institute. The therapist, Lupita, was amazing. One of the best massages I ever had. She was attentive, polite and addressed all of my issues. Would definitely recommend Lupita, already booked another session."

"I had previously came to Elite Rehab about a year or 2 ago. So I decided to purchase another Groupon. If it was to my liking, I was going to pay for continued service. But I'm not ever going here again. I went to my first appointment around the end of March it was a good massage. The massage therapist was wonderful. So I scheduled another appointment for sometime in April but couldn't make it due to a family emergency. So rescheduled for a later date in April. Time went by and I fell Ill, so I completely forgot about the appointment. My 2nd mistake was believing they would send an appointment reminder but a reminder never came. My first mistake was buying this Groupon again. So, I called April 27th to see when my appointment was. The "supervisor " answered and told me she didn't see my name or number then she checks again. My appointment was the 26th then proceeds to tell me since it was a no call no show, I can't schedule anymore appointments. I repeatedly tell her that I never received a reminder text or call. Then she says well we sent it. She seemed so sure of her damn self. I said what am I suppose to do. Don't come were her exact words. So I'm like wow. So then I get another call from this so called "supervisor saying ohhh we sent it to another number. At this point I pissed because she made it seem as though I was a liar. I went off on her then she proceeds to tell me do you want it or not? and we can't have this at our facility. Number one the "supervisor" NEVER apologized to me. She made it seem because I was BLACK with a Groupon I would lie. Or she is just ignorant on how to handle problems. I don't care what continent you from your not going to disrespect me. Your not doing me no favor!!! Own up to your mistakes as a "supervisor". Number two they have subpar record keeping. This would have never happened if my number was correct. She could have verified that it was sent to the right number duhhh!! I worked customer service 15 years as a pharmacy tech and now freelancing. Part of the job is to always give clients/customers respect and know how to handle issues that arise! Number 3 I would not recommend them. I can take my money elsewhere and be respected. What a dump!"

"This place is really difficult to get ahold of. They almost never answer the phone. I had to call 4 separate times on different days/times until I finally got ahold of someone. I was able to easily schedule my appointment for a massage, however my sister and I were scheduled on the same day and they canceled her massage with no explanation the day before. When I went there in person, the place itself was very difficult to find as it is in an indoor mall. This was not clearly indicated on the reminder message I received for the appointment, and it was pretty stressful just getting to the actual place. The facility did not look well kept and the whole rehab facility was just one singular open room... the actual massage was ok, the person did a decent job but the whole thing felt very cheap and rushed. Also ended the massage about 10 minutes early. Overall, I would never go back."
