"They didn't follow the orthotics order correctly and there's terrible communication issues. They say they'll reach out but then don't respond. The business card was useless. When a doctor reaches out to them to correct an issue, they sometimes don't understand the issue being described to them. I can't physically wear the inserts, it causes too much pain.. and another doctor took a look and says it's too stiff. Don't recommend going here."

"I was billed $583.07 for a knee brace that can be purchased online for $126.00 and it's the EXACT same brace. And that was just for the brace. That didn't include the doctor's fee, which was billed separately. I know there's always a markup when you purchase any product but this brace was quadrupled. No wonder our healthcare is unaffordable in this country. Terrible!"

I waited hours for my appointment when there was No other patients waiting, I ended up leaving and re-scheduled. I should have Never gone back. Then, they took over 3 months to get a back brace and they Never call or email to follow up, even when I asked them to. The people here have NO clue how to submit or dealing with health insurance. They are totally careless and incompetent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!"
