Dr. Joseph D. Belmonte

"I am going to write a one star review for Dr Belmonte online. I don't really want to ding his rating by giving him a one star review. I feel like I need to let other people who might be considering this office know that a doctor is only as good as his support staff. That the front desk, Leslie, will lie to your face and twist things not to take responsibility when she makes mistakes. I sent over my approval for Botox on August 22, 2025. I had to switch from another doctor who passed away suddenly. I was supposed to receive Botox on Sept 19th. I was told Dr Belmonte would be on vacation. That my appointment on Oct 7, 2025 would be changed to Botox. I went for my appt and Dr Belmonte had no idea it was for Botox. No one ordered it. He told me they would overnight it. I would have it by the end of the week. Never happened. They ordered it from some odd pharmacy. When I called them after they ordered it that Tuesday they told me it takes them 5-7 days just to process the order. What? I called back and Leslie told me they would put a rush on it and it would be in the office in 72 by Friday. Nope! No call. Nothing. I called the pharmacy in Oct 13th. The rep told me that the order was rejected and Dr Belmonte office was notified. It was never corrected so my Botox wasn't being processed at this time. It is now a week later. I'm a month late for Botox. For 15 years Ive gotten Botox like clockwork. I have chronic intractable migraines. Keeping a schedule is very important. Dr Belmonte apologized over and over to me. He is a wonderful Dr. He listens and cares. No one else in his office said sorry or took accountability for not ordering my Botox. I'm sure Dr Belmonte doesn't order it. Someone in the office does. Also twice I've left messages about a question for Dr Belmonte and never had them returned. The first time I let it go. The second time it was more important. I called back. The person I got the second time had no idea I had left a message. Wouldn't it be in my chart online. She did finally call me back. I don't need an office I have to babysit. My old Dr office was on top of everything. I'm totally disillusioned at how something like this happens? How healthcare professionals show no concern for the wellbeing of their patients. I've been in bed for a week due to missing my Botox. This office isn't calling or trying to get my Botox filled or get me in for my treatment. I'm at a complete loss. I have included the photos showing my Botox was approved on August 12, 2025. Almost two months before my appointment which I would think would be enough time for an office to order my Botox."

"Dr Belmonte is a wonderful physician. He is collaborative with his care. He is compassionate and has helped me over several years! I trust his advice and his skills. I feel safe in his care . I have chronic back and neck pain. I would recommend him to anyone."

"I have been in the Martial Arts since age 12. In about 2014 due to not taking care of my body and injuries I had to take a serious step back. I began to look for a way to manage pain and injuries. I'd received tons of physical therapy, pain medication, and injections by many different doctors. Nothing seemed to work, no one seemed to really care, and I had lost trust and faith in doctors. I was convinced everyone was in it for the money My Mother is a patient of Dr. Belmonte and had been urging me for about two years to check him out. I finally gave in to her suggestions and had my first appointment with Dr. Belmonte 4-6 months ago. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Belmonte and his staff. His office staff is extremely professional and the office is filled with a positive energy! The experience is not like anything I had run into in the past. Dr. Belmonte had a treatment plan in about 20 min! He is unbelievably intelligent and a true master of his craft. I thought it too good to be true but after following the treatment plan of Dr. Belmonte I am beginning to feel better than I ever have! I am also training again! I do not have the vocabulary to explain what this too has done for my mental health. Dr Belmonte is one of those rare doctors who seems to love every person that walks through is door and truly desires to help people. Its not about the money with this doctor. If every doctor conducted themselves as Dr Belmonte conducts himself we would probably have a cure for cancer already! If your faith in doctors has been lost I highly recommend giving Dr Belmonte a shot. you wont regret it. The only regret I have is I didn't go see him sooner."

Dr. Belmonte listens and explains different options that will help you. He and his entire staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you. If you are looking for a team who truly cares about you, your well being, and total quality of life...... then Dr. Belmonte and his staff are for you!"

"Dr. Belmonte and his staff are awesome! He takes the time to know you as his patient, listens and talks about his plans to help fix your issues. I've been seeing him about 5-6 years now and would recommend him to anyone who needs a Dr who cares about you. He really goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His staff and office is like one big family, you will be wondering why you didn't know about Dr Joseph Belmonte sooner, if anyone can fix you it's him. Karen Tolstead"

"Dr. Belmonte is the most wonderful person I know! He is very professional but makes you feel so welcome. I had a not so good experience while living in SanFrancisco, I had injections and it was awful and seriously made me never want to go threw that again, however when I got injections from Dr.Belmonte it was really painless. I would recommend him to everyone and the staff is very friendly and considerate."
