"All the staff here at ATI has been awesome! From day one at my evaluation the staff all made sure the check in process was easy along with made sure that as a patient I was heard with any concerns/ questions I had going in. The staff do a great job at offering patient center care making sure you recover smoothly and safely. Without them I wouldn't be here they helped me recover from my knee injury allowing me to be pain free and go back to all the things I love doing. Without all these wonderful people my time sent in physical therapy would not have been the same. If you are in the Aurora area and need physical therapy services make sure to come this clinic. "5 stars for the Therapist knowledge no doubt about that! However, the 3 stars is for the overall experience, I felt that they are short staffed, one therapist attends to two or three clients, overlapping each other causing the attention to be divided between the clients. Location is good, it's the ATI system in my opinion made me rate them a 3! I don't think the employees have the control and ability to make decisions about how much time to spend focusing on one client and accept another client while the other client's session is still going."

"They are a great team. They scheduled me on the first treatment Lindsey did first treatment for my sprained shoulder. Abby and Josh teamed up on my next 3 sessions. If there is any pain in an area. Just let them know they will do their best to relieve and relax the area they are trying to relax."
