Testimonials
"As some reviews already mention Dr Gilbert is very good at optimizing his profits and the billing seems to be manipulated to his advantage. I have never paid this much for a 5 minute consultation where no actual treatment was provided. Also when it comes to answering follow up questions, his record is pretty mediocre - I did not get any reply to questions submitted via the portal."
"I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. James Gilbert, one of the best surgeons I've ever encountered. His exceptional expertise and skill make him stand out, and his caring, humble, and compassionate personality immediately put me at ease. Knowing I was in his capable hands helped relieve much of the stress I would have felt otherwise. Having had two successful surgeries with Dr. Gilbert, I highly recommend him to anyone seeking the best care. He truly prioritizes his patients' well-being, carefully considering non-surgical options first and thoroughly explaining procedures when surgery becomes necessary. Despite the unfortunate car accident that led to this most recent surgery, I am grateful to have had Dr. Gilbert's guidance and support throughout."
"A true craftsman with phenomenal attention to detail who holds the utmost importance and respect to the human body. A friend recommended Dr. Gilbert to doctor me up and while I was hesitant about having surgery; I could tell by having conversations with Dr. Gilbert that he was the right man for the job. I thank Dr G and his staff for being there for me and treating me like family."
"Dr Gilbert did an excellent job on my ACL reconstruction. He's very friendly and engaging and made me laugh, which helped to make me less nervous about the impending surgery. He thoroughly explained everything I'd experience and made me feel at ease about the procedure. Surgery was a breeze, the incisions afterward were minimal and I didn't have too much pain. I was up and walking within a few days, even tackling stairs, and I'm making progress every day by following his advice. Thank you so much, Dr Gilbert!"
"Excellent first visit! Great facility! Office staff was friendly and efficient. Medical assistant and X-ray tech were both knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Gilbert was very friendly and funny! Great bedside manner. He also took the time to listen to my concerns before he examined me. Check out process was very quick and also very efficient, all my referrals and imaging orders were ready within minutes. Highly recommend!"
"As a former elite athlete and 40 years of coaching tennis, my joints and muscles have their share of wear and tear. Dr. Gilbert and his team using PRP therapy have given my body new energy and life, seamlessly. I can run up steps, work out, coach tennis, do any sport I want, and feel fantastic. Shoulders, hips all have received PRP and at 66 years old, I am ready for the next 40 years of movement, activity, energy and health, thanks to Dr. Gilbert and his PRP team!"
"My daughter fractured her elbow over the weekend and Dr. Gilbert office was able to get me in same day. Friendly staff and very efficient. The doctor was amazing too!! Made my daughter feel like she was VIP and made her feel comfortable about her fractured. Thank you so much for being so amazing!!! Definitely recommend this place!!"
"If the adjuster for your place of employment demands an IME from Dr. Gilbert, I strongly suggest seeking representation prior to your appointment. I spoke with Dr. Gilbert for maybe fifteen minutes. For some reason, I presume since he is paid by the insurance and per their request, his recommendation to return to work supercedes recommendations of treatment from the specialist that is actually treating you. Dr. Gilbert will ask questions, then talk over the replies you are trying to give. He will most definitely only report what is beneficial for the insurance company. It is crazy to say that the only way you should expect a legitimate IME report from Dr. Gilbert, since the insurance pay supercedes his oath for proper medical treatment, is for you to hire legal representation. Legal representation may be the only way to receive the necessary treatment and force them to be fair to you rather than their bank accounts. Dr. Gilbert may be quite capable of rendering treatment for you... if you're the one paying rather than the worker's compensation insurance company."
