"Most medical offices when they make an appointment ask for patients insurance info so they can verify coverage before the day of appointment. This place collected the info but never verified and even told my wife that we were covered. Only until after we received a bill for over $300 did they say we're not covered. When I contacted the office they said we had to verify in network status before we came in and that they're not responsible eventhough their office staff told us we were covered. We been going to different drs office for years and all of them would let us know if there was an issue. This place doesn't take the time to do that. If this how they handle patient relations then I couldn't possible trust the Dr to have the patients best interest in heart"

"Had an appointment called and left a message to cancel then got a bill of 40.00 bucks even as a first time patient. I called saying they never got anything which was a lie. Told the rude receptionist that shouldn't have to pay bill she said nasty then don't pay it. FRONT DESK IS RUDE AND WILL NOT PAY THIS BILL"
