"Although I like Dr. Menkin, his office staff are horrible at doing their jobs! Every month I need prior authorization for a medication and every month they have excuses and don't call back and don't put in for the authorization. I should not have to wait 3 weeks to fill a script because they don't do their jobs. Oh and once they actually do it I can pick up my medication the next day. So it is NOT an insurance issue its the girls not putting it in when I need it."

"Terrible office Dr. Serge Minkin doesn't take seriously clients who have problem and limited life, This office left me for 3 weeks without medication even though I have very serious painkillers, the office completely ignored all my calls. Front desk does not inform the doctor and hides the fact that clients suffer and call with problems, no one calls back. 4 weeks could not get a doctor and my medication. this is the terribly worst office on our island."
