"I went to this place with high hopes, based on someone's recommendation. I read the reviews as I always do and I saw negative comments on waiting time. I truly hoped they fixed this issue over the years but unfortunately no. I traveled over an hour to get there in time. I am extremely tight on time so I always respect others time as well. I can totally understand a few minutes of delay but after waiting for 30 minutes, I just left. Make sure you can wait for a long time when you make an appointment with them. I'll probably never come back."
