"The staff at Dr. Rabi's office is Amazing, very professional and courteous, and as a first time patient, I was very comfortable as they answered all my question from the time I called the office to make my appointment, until the time I arrived. Dr. Rabi took the time to listen to all of my concerns on why I was seeing him, and he was very caring, and knowledgeable on what my diagnosis's were, and he took the time to go over some treatment plans that could possibly work for me. I could tell he truly does cares for his patients and wants the best outcome for them. I would highly recommend Dr. Rabi to anyone who is looking for a Pain Management Doctor."

"Dr. Rabi and his entire team are by far the best spinal practice I've been fortunate to become a patient. They not only answer the phone, but address patient concerns quickly including an explanation which eliminates confusion. I'd recommend them to anyone dealing with spinal disease and chronic pain! Thank you to the entire team!"
"I thought just get use to the pain. As much as I tried to talk myself through the idea of pain being the norm for me I didn't find relief until I was referred to Dr Rabi and his staff. He does more than just checking boxes to be a great doctor. The staff is amazing, patient, and compassionate. Forever grateful!"
"My husband Aaron has been a pt of Dr. Rabi for years. I have never met a more compassionate and caring physician in my life. He goes above and beyond with his patient's. He genuinely cares. Hands down one of the best physicians we have ever met. Anyone would blessed to have someone care about their well being like he does."
"I should have written this review a long time ago, but life gets in the way, and you forget to do the little things. I have known Doctor Rabi for 8 years, so to be honest, I can be here all day listing great things about him (which would be every positive adjective in the dictionary). However, passionate, would be my word of choice. Dr. Rabi is passionate about his patients & his work. I have never had a doctor who takes the time to pay attention to what I have to say. He ordered X-rays; MRIs; CT Scans; and every test imaginable, in order to figure out the multiple spinal diseases I have suffered from since I was 18 (I am now 43). Dr. Rabi always 'tells it like it is'. If he does not think something will help me, he will not do it; and I trust him enough to follow his advice. In my case, after 3 surgeries; multiple procedures; & being poked and prodded for half my life, I have thrown in the white flag. But Dr. Rabi will often take scans to make sure my diseases are not progressing; let me know of anything new as far as treatments (which are few & far between); and take the time to ask about my pain level and if I am experiencing any new symptoms. When he moved several years ago, he went off the map. I felt lost. Lots of pain doctors look at chronic pain patients as only wanting their next 'fix' and do not care about how much pain we are in. I went to two different Pain Specialists within the time Rabi went 'missing'. I can not begin to explain the treatment I received from a so-called physician. It was appalling! I was not listened to, nor was I given any form of medication to help with my pain. I was humiliated and scared to even attempt to find another Pain Doctor. I was blessed with having an amazing General Physician, who understood the excruciating pain I went through daily, and prescribed what I needed until I found a reputable Pain Doctor. I had to find Dr. Rabi, no doctor just vanishes. After a year passed, my General Physician found him. I was ecstatic! If Rabi had been in another state, I would have dealt with the pain and drove just to see him for a half-hour visit every 3 months; that is how phenomenal he is. You have to be comfortable with your doctor. Just because I am writing this review does not mean everyone will feel the same. All this does is give insight into my experience with Dr. Rabi. Having said that, if you are reading reviews because you are looking for a new doctor and want to see other people's perceptions, I hope mine helped a bit!! Those of us who suffer from chronic pain daily, deserve to be happy; respected; and have a good quality of life. The last thing we need to worry about is the stress of trying to find an understanding doctor. "A truly amazing doctor is hard to find and impossible to forget." -Unknown."
"Dr. Rabi was great, but unfortunately his staff is completely incompetent and negligent to the point I had to find another doctor. They lost my files for insurance purposes not once or twice, but three times. They sent incorrect files to my insurance company three separate times to the point my procedures (that i have already received from their office, so they should be aware of what files are needed) did not get approved and was exhausted after too many attempts after trying for two months. They also lost my MRI files and their way of solving it was for me "To get a new one." It became my problem that they were irresponsible, and they did nothing to solve it."
