"Very little to no freedom. Always serving meals with pork or turkey because they won't spend any money out of their millions to make decent meals for consumers. Breakfast is always powdered eggs in a puddle of water. Lake Park Center goes through RSA's and CNA's like a running tap. This corporation always shows more concern and respect for its employees rather than treating the consumers living there with the same respect."

"Horrible... 48 hours after admission before any required meds received. Food quantity and quality does not come close to meet sing niyrition standards. Personal hygiene is not required, so the odor of dirty bodiees and urine is stifling. Smoking in rooms as well ... why is this allowed? No communication among staff. My daughters roommate was missing for 24 hours, staff kept asking her if she knew what happened to her???? Finally found put night nurse had sent her to the hospital... didn't share with day staff. They claim to be rehab facility... nope. Those who care there on a permanent basis are not residents. Patient's, clients or residents. They are referred to as consumers. It is heartbreaking to see human brings existing, not living, in these conditions. Getting daughter out of there asap as in tomorrow. 0 stars, absolutely DO NOT recommend."

"This place absolutely traumatized me. It was far worse than being homeless."

"I have had stolen crest tooth paste, a roku stick, a blue tooth speaker, $75, a whole bed set was misplaced and 3/4 of my laundry has been stolen and misplaced in their laundry room."

"*Caution - Danger - red Flag* I concur with the last reviewer's expressions of how this corporation treats its "consumers," which is a debasing term in itself. My mother's move to this establishment happened so fast, I didn't receive ANY information until AFTER her move, which was extremely vague. You're given no written information about the rules, program specifics, amenities; only the contract so they can put you or your loved one in a bed and start collecting money. The food they serve these challenged adults is fit for elementary children. I work in healthcare food industry myself, and am appalled at what I'm told these people are fed on a daily bases, for the money they rake in (Medicaid or private no matter). The so called "mental health professionals" onsite do not exude professionalism, confidence, or capability. When challenged with concerns, staff communication SHUTS DOWN. I've had my calls obviously screened when trying to address concerns. Management team is like a ghost. Don't expect them to return a call or voicemail (edit: unless you provide notice of moving out). In my case, my mother developed a foot pain shortly after moving in, saw a doctor in a 4( day period, her injury remains untreated, I (her POA) have been ignored when trying to inquire, and I just learned that further inquiries for medical attention will result in punishment (privilege of leaving the premises being revoked). Previously, there was a miscommunication, which nobody has taken accountability for, that resulted in my mother missing an important dose of medication and regressing and caused staff to set her back in their program. Management doesn't care about family concerns. Corporate office is in my old neighborhood, but they're too busy to call anyone back. They'll just prompt unsatisfied customers to call their hotline. There aren't many options for people that need this kind of help, but lake park center or any Bria facility in general, this is not it. Just run. There seems to be no motivation for this company to improve their services or standards."

"Current "resident". Not by choice. They barely feed you, the showers never work, it smells like pee and cigarette smoke, and there's theft galore. Oh and nobody knows what they're doing; the staff look like they're perpetually high off that deep kush."

"Admission Coordinator & Counseling Supervisor are Awesome!!! They will go above & beyond for consumers. Very responsive, great with following up. If you need help, they are always willing to help."
