"I have been going to CPW Wellness for over two years and have experienced a tremendous transformation in my physical health. I cannot thank their staff enough for the hard work they do to better your wellbeing and quality of life. After years of back pain, I reluctantly started my chiropractic journey. Throughout this time period, I have learned so much more about my own physical anatomy, as well as how to better it moving forward. This is due to their incredible staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, open to questions, and easy to communicate with. Outside of the medical sphere, their team works hard to ensure diligent reminders for every appointment; I don't know what I would do without them! They are also flexible if you need to reschedule due to an unforeseen inconvenience. In totality, I would describe this office as incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. Further, all of the doctors I have worked with also have an incredibly strong medical understanding of how to make adjustments that truly impact your day-to-day life. They ensure to assess you and ask your current state immediately upon arrival. They have always answered my multiple medical questions with strong diligence and ease. However, I think the most important element of my time with CPW Wellness is how much they have changed my life. Even my family acknowledges how I rarely speak about my back pain anymore, if it all. I am very grateful to this team for the hard work they do to make you feel comfortable, while still making tremendous improvements on your spine health. "Unfortunately my office experience was horrible. I had high hopes. First off, they cold called me fom a list of previous patients. I went to this office with the last guy as well as the on before him, Dr. Frank. I told them I would love to come in and had some new issues due to a knee accident, but my hesitation was the last guy made you put your credit card on file and i had unexpected charges, so I would not do that again, and stopped seeing him. She said, no problem. I make my appointment she checks my insurance, all is well, untill I show upand the paper work requires my credit card on file. I reminded her of our conversation, she just said that is their policy. I was so upset! Here I am signing all these papers about what it will cost me if I waist their time...I tried to review our conversation again, she said she remembered and just stared at me. I had no choice but to walk out. Frustrating because I read good reviews about the Dr's and they are very convenient for me. I guess I'll see who replaces him?"

Even though they were closed, one kind staff member welcomed me in and took the time to listen to my concerns. They suggested I book an appointment with the chiropractor, and massage therapist. But the best part? That same night, I got fitted for a new pillow, and let me tell you my sleep has transformed dramatically over the past three nights! I'm feeling amazing.
