"I started receiving therapy at IVY Rehab approximately 7 weeks ago. I was experiencing persistent shoulder pain (on a scale 0 - 10) most days greater than 10 with limited ROM. I was assigned to PT Cathleen San Pedro. Cathleen has been absolutely wonderful, she is very professional, communicates well and has monitored closely my progress. She has a very calm and confident spirit that makes it very easy to work with her. I now do not experience any pain unless it is triggered by a specific movement. My ROM has significantly improved. I am very happy with my progress. Dominque and Bobbie who assist with all the clients, are also easily approachable with questions, concerns and assistance. The staff at this facility all appear to be very engaging with their clients. It's a very positive atmosphere."
