"The PA Rachel Hasting, we saw for my son had horrible bed side manor. I explained how my son had a cast Sept 2024 she told me I was wrong. Funny enough it was same pratice that did it. She was just over all rude, felt like she kept trying to put me down. But hey there's picture of him in their office and one with cast. Also note this is for this provider as my wife has been to same office and had much better experience."

"Dr. Belkam absolutely has conversations with herself, because she definitely wasn't listening to me. Dr. Belkam gave me the impression that she doesn't care, and doesn't want to know what was wrong with you at that time. Her bedside manner is non existent. When she prescribed me PT without even reviewing my MRI first. After doing so, she just walked out without saying "goodbye, take care," or anything. I'm being as honest as possible, and definitely hope that she sees this. Maybe this will help to improve her listening skills and do better moving forward."

Genuine care and listening to verbal and non verbal needs. They took time to diligently listen, ask the right questions while maintaining control of the appointment. Timing IS important, taking control of the appointment and getting to the point without making a patient feel rushed is class act! Listen fellow patients you know we can be a bit extra and needy but other patients are scheduled too! I greatly appreciated my thorough and solution driven appointment!
