"Today I had my 90 day back injections and had my prescriptions refill. Dr Pontinen Usually does the injections. I put my well-being in his hands for last six or seven years. But all of his from the front desk and doctors offices Have always treated me with professional knowledge and kind humanity given my life-changing injuries led to disabilities. But we all have to do our best and move forward with what we got. Dr Pontinen And his staff Best helped me with that as they professionally advise and have better well-being suggestions from time to time. This particular back injection Hurt far beyond the times done with Dr Pontinen. Needles usually don't bother me but this time it broke me into tears and I inadvertently said A swear Word out loud due to the shock of pain. I did Apologize. Three hours later I feel 100 times better than I did before having my appointment today. I understand the back is full of nerves And I have back issues. Versus the pain and suffering I go through normally, I would take that pain to receive the treatment The way I do now. Dr Pontinen and staff are the best providers I've been serviced by since my justifying accident. I unfortunately have permanent disabilities that horribly take the ability for me to have a normal day or return to work in the Manner I previously Worked and earned a decent income. Unfortunately with my disabilities, I have to file for disability. I would like to speak with Doctor About the future records of mine that will surely need collected in my weight for SSDI. We had went through this with MAPS during my workers comp case. I would just like to talk to Dr To understand The process of getting the records to my disability lawyers because because I sorely need the help From SSDI BECAUSE MY INCOME AND WORK ABILITY SEEMS TO BE LIKE MY DISABILITY WITH PERMANENTLY CHANGING.. I do have an appointment with him for next month. So I could discuss that with him in person. But if there was any way I could communicate or speak with him, I would love to figure out what I need to do per what the lawyers told me. Again, I love and trust Maps. With the crazy hundred percent of insurance premium increase for two consecutive years, I will need to consider going on Medicare. I am going to try to speak with your insurance department. I know a message was left but I was in the doctors office when the call was received. Thank you very much Dr and Midwest anesthesia and pain specialist, thank you Larry Patient"

"Dr. Pontinen was real from day one. He truly listened to me and understood exactly what I was feeling. I had a meniscus repair that didn't heal properly, and I was afraid my may need surgery on my ankle he was treating. He didn't force me into it. He took the time to evaluate everything instead of rushing to conclusions. What I appreciated most was that he respected how I felt about surgery. He understood my concerns and never once tried to force me into a procedure. That meant a lot to me. He explained my options clearly and allowed me to make informed decisions about my own body. He never rushed my appointments, never talked over me, and always treated me with respect and patience. Highly recommended."

"It is a great pleasure meeting the staff in the morning at the reception desk. Do we have any professional the appointments be on time? Address some of my issues. A very understanding to the problems that I have is a pleasure to do that to be working with map I would definitely recommend that. If you have any problem, maps would be the place for you. "I was terrified of doctors (severe white coat syndrome) so much that even in pain some from Lupus I avoided them. After walking in shaking like a poodle I met Dr. Tom and Dr. Billy. They got to know me and let me know that the best thing for me would be injections, I was freaked out. Let me say that they saw me several times before coming up with the right treatment for me. I knew they were not just out to make a buck, 'THESE DOCTORS REALLY CARE' . They are kind, very patient and saw that I was terrified. NOW I can't wait for each appointment! The injections are done as gentle as possible and we talk the whole time, barely any pain at all. The whole staff is amazing, from the beautiful people at the desk to the P.As, you never need to fell embarrassed about anything. They work with you and even call you back! You don't have to call them 20 times before you get their attention. I could say so many awesome things about my doctors, but I can't type all day. I am so glad I walked in that day. 28 doctors later I was ready to give up. I love going there, even if it is a long drive. They are real people who understand fear and now they are stuck with me."
