"The doctor was excellent but the office staff was horrible. It took several calls and numerous unreturned calls and messages to get any questions answered or necessary paper work to return to work. None of the staff were willing to help me over the phone, the would just pass me on to the next person. They don't return any messages you leave. I was in tears by the end this experience because of this caused me to not be able to go back to work because I lacked the necessary documents to return with an injury"
