"An important note, this is my account of the business a year before this review (2024). I cannot speak for anything past it, though my review is due. Each visit was timely, valuable, and an important slice in my whole rehabilitation process. As an insured customer, the process of onboarding was stress-free and delivered confidence in the rehabilitation process. The backbone and legwork were by the employees. The available tools they have played a vital role in the exercises I've conducted, and were fairly adequate. That said, most of the important stuff to rehabilitation was homework; what I do outside of the visit. That is a fair and unavoidable fact. The staff were there to make this important fact clear and be effective guides in my healing process. However, numbers for staff were low. An additional Jr would really go a long way. Problem struck in a visit. A hot towel was warmed up too high. While I was able to voice my concerns, and prevent burn, this was due to my previous visits empowering me to make judgement of what was right and what wasn't. Customers give confidence to professionals, and I'd consider giving a serious concern to ensuring there routine failsafes and measures to prevent any injury when these circumstances are not in their favor. Overall, very good experience. I believe this small front-end has great growth potential. I also think its important to tackle any glaring issues early, while the area is small."

"Besides the soft tissue massage, the rest is lacking; very limited exercise machine offered, non-existent exercises geared to the need of people, Sundays not opened; access by wheelchair non existent. Limited personnel. Note: no response from owner unless you give them 4-5 stars. Don't be fooled by the photos or reviews. A few times during the week they close at 12 noon which leaves little options. The equipment lack batteries and noone seems to care. The owner is never there; i dont know why they keep the place open."

"This place is changing my life! I had frozen shoulder 4 years ago and was still experiencing pain and tenderness in my bicep, plus had knots throughout my whole arm. The first series of exercises that they taught me made such a huge impact, I could feel the tension release and the muscles start to strengthen. As I go through the process I am getting stronger and my whole back is releasing. The treatments they give me before the exercises is very relaxing and their knowledge is very thorough. Everyone there is super nice and I really look forward to going! So thrilled to find this place."
