"I am deeply disappointed with the way my mother was treated by Dr. Jaber today. He was extremely rude and dismissive, insinuating that she owed him money and refusing to treat her until she paid -- without even allowing her the chance to explain or show proof of payment. He spoke to her in a demeaning and humiliating manner, which was completely uncalled for. Only after my mother left the office, embarrassed and upset, did the receptionist call her five minutes later to say that the doctor had made a mistake -- he had confused her with another patient. Instead of calling to personally apologize for his behavior, Dr. Jaber was apparently too proud to do so and had his receptionist call on his behalf. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and we will never be returning to his office. Patients deserve respect, kindness, and professionalism -- none of which were shown today."

"Genuinely a wonderful place, i came to Illinois from Seattle to visit some family and I went in today for back pain, truly one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, the staff is so friendly from booking the appointment to the doctor Jaber. I truly do recommend this place to anyone who needs to heal their bodies from pain."

"Very disappointed with information not being provided ahead of time. I had my first appointment with them. When I arrived, I was asked for my ID, and I asked if they would also like to take a copy of my insurance card and was told no. I was given a registration packet to complete. I completed the pack and took it back up to the front and I informed the receptionist that the paperwork did not have a place for me to put my health insurance on since I wanted this to be billed to the insurance. I was then informed that the visit would not be billed, and I would have to pay out of pocket for the visit. That the second visit would be no charge since they would just be reviewing x-rays. That this was for the promotion going on. I also explained that I brought a CD copy with all my imaging on it for the appointment. I also asked why this not explained when I made my appointment or when I got a call confirming my appointment time the day before? I then was asked if Rafael (I think that was the name) had spoken to me. I explained that the only call I received was to confirm my appointment. She stated they would only bill my insurance if I had a referral from my PCP and insurance approved for X amount of visit. Explained that I have a PPO and do not require a referral, this location is covered by my insurance and that I was covered for X amount of visit. Just to get a "well for some reason you do need a referral for our office". I would have to pay for my first visit and after a plan was decided then they would bill my insurance. Overall, this was a waste of my time if I was informed from the being that they will not want to bill my insurance I would not have even made the appointment and gone to another provider. Information like this should be given before new patients even schedule an appointment. In response to the owner's comment. When I called, I stated I wanted a new patient visit with your chiropractor. I was asked my name, phone number and D.O.B appointment was scheduled. I was about to hang up when then I was asked "how did you hear about us" I told her I saw a post on Instagram. Then the call was disconnected no mention of payment or a promotion deal. I scheduled because you had decent reviews and in network with my insurance not because of a promotion. I saw the name and then googled and saw you accepted PPO insurance and thought I would go for it. So no, I did not book for the offer. I saw an advertisement for your facility and wanted to establish care."
