"I had an incredible experience today at SHED Annapolis. I took my mom there for her birthday to enjoy the salt cave and the zen bed. It was a relaxing, restorative way to start her next turn around the sun. Georgia was a lovely guide through the space and answered all of my questions when I booked the appointments. To top it off the kombucha available was delicious. I will definitely be back~"

"We had the best morning with the SHED! Hot Yoga with Amanda was so fun & nourishing. We were then coached through Contrast Therapy doing Cold Plunge & Sauna - my wife and I hit our record in the cold water with some great lessons on Vagal breathing techniques. We then sat for about an hour in the Salt Cave and took the best nap! Cant wait to come back!"

"I got a massage at Shed today. It is a beautiful spa in a convenient location with lots of parking. I highly recommend booking a massage with Taji. She is a genius. I had been getting regular massages from her at her previous location and she really helped me with my neck and shoulder pain. I wasn't able to go over the last couple of months and I can definitely tell the difference. Massages with her are relaxing and therapeutic. She is an artist and extremely intuitive. She checks in each time on areas you want addressed and the kind of pressure to use. Do yourself a favor and go see her!"
