"I am a healthy, fit 66 year old man who two years ago experienced severe back pain for the first time in my life. An MRI indicated severe spinal stenosis, a herniated disc and bulging disk in lower back area. I never went to a chiropractor before but gave Dr Josh a try. He reviewed my situation and then discussed possible treatment options with me. We agreed on a path forward. In the beginning I was going three times a week, then two times a week, then once a week and now I am on a once monthly maintenance program.
