"I have been receiving chiropractic care for more than two years. My first visit was actually in Florida during a work trip when my lower back locked up, and by chance I found The Joint Chiropractic. After that positive experience, I continued my sessions at this branch, including throughout my pregnancy. In the earlier period there were three rotating doctors -- two of them were excellent, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, one of them was extremely poor: he wouldn't listen, offered no real treatment, and didn't communicate at all. I still continued because the other two were very good. After a while, all three doctors left. Since then, the providers have been constantly changing and none of them seem to stay long. Seeing a different chiropractor at every visit and having to explain the same problem from the beginning each time is frustrating, and the quality of the sessions dropped to about 2-3 out of 10. More recently, I met the female doctor who works on Mondays and I really appreciated her approach -- she was professional and attentive. However, I ultimately decided to stop my sessions because my issue was not improving and, more importantly, the front desk experience has been very disappointing. The staff member there has been consistently unprofessional and careless, which made the overall experience unpleasant. When I first started, this location was a solid 7-8/10 for me. Now it is unfortunately 1-2/10. I don't know if other locations are managed this poorly, but this branch has significantly declined."
